Wasp - Deer Hair & Foam

Again turns to wasps. It's my obsession, but catch many fish! try to find patterns that float high and of course look good. Also always try to have maximum durability as battles sometimes longer.

This time I thought of a wasp in distress floating in the water. I used a mixture of materials such as deer hair and foam that give great buoyancy and to enhance its visibility could be added an indicator antron.

I have already tried and are irresistible! with brutal attacks! and record fish!

Enjoy!

Cricket Parachute for Barbel

I leave the step by step for cricket parachute and palmer, that has always given me good results. You could say that is the wildcard for lost battles. Of course, it is always the first to enter the water in spring and summer.

Carp On The Fly

With the arrival of warm weather and after several days after the fantastic Bass that fortunately we have in Spain, I decided to try my luck with giant carps to fly.

Giant Carp On The Fly

This time using two models of flies that sometimes gave me great result at this time. They are well weighted flies to reach the bottom and slowly work them up to notice the catch of these giants.

Carp Flies patterns used

Hooks #1/0 or # 1 superstrong, leaders 0X and is not enough to stop before encountering the first hurdle!

Carp Fly #1/0 Hook

The first to come forward was the royal carps, a very good size and again and again I would ensure that I would not fly line backing on the reel.

Looking for new areas

Wading and cast the fly

The thrill when one of these golden giant bonefish nonsense is indescribable. The struggles are endless and the slightest carelessness you find low broken or open hooks. Exciting!
